Beach Service:
The village's beach is at our guests' disposal. Guests have the chance to practise beach volleyball and all water sports such as wind-surfing, water-skiing, and parasailing. Extra charge for beach service, includes: lounge chairs and umbrellas. Guests may also wish to rent a private area 'Panda', for picnics. Access to the public beach also available.

Holiday Center welcomes you for lots of fun, sports, entertainment and relaxation. The big news since summer 2010 is the opportunity to choose a personal sport and entertainment program according to your age and desires. In addition "SamCard" owners (purchased upon arrival) will be granted special discounts and free fees within the resort.
The best animators will be available for your entire holiday. They will show the utmost professionality and customer care. Price per 7 nights: Price is calculated based on the number of nights per unit, for the minimum of persons on the capacity of the apartment, additional charge for extra person(s).
The price includes:
- The maximum number of people indicated, irrespective of age and excluding additional guests
- Use of bed linen with weekly change (Kitchen-linen and towels are not included in price)
- Electricity, gas and water consumption
- Use of 4 swimming pools, Water Park excluded

Rental Conditions:
On day of arrival guests may check in during previously arranged check in hours. If delays are expected, they should contact management as soon as possible to make proper arrangements. Delays that exceed 24 hours and that have not been communicated to the Management will automatically cause the cancellation of the booking. The Management reserves the right to assign the accomodation to its discretion.
Check out times should be confirmed with reception before day of departure. On departure day, accommodation must be left clean, tidy, free of any item not listed on the inventory list provided on arrival.
Guide for Village Guests
To help use our services, we hope you would appreciate receiving this guide/regulations for our dwelling units.
At arrival the guest should report to the Reception Office: the head of the party must produce a current identity document, fill in and sign the registration form for the P.S. (Police), complete with details of all the members of the family for registration requested by law and the plate of the car.
The guest will be able to enter the village only after receiving one pass for each member of the group or family and one magnetic pass for the car that will open and close the gates of the Village. Only one car for each group will be allowed, that can be substituted with another car instead of the registered one (each change must be communicated by the reception office).
Use of motor vehicles is strictly forbidden, except to enter/exit from the village, to reach the dwelling units; transit is only allowed at walking pace.
The entry barriers are closed from 13.00 to 15.00 (1pm – 3pm) and from 23.30 to 7.00 (11.30pm – 7am).
For any needs whatsoever: complaints, information regarding services, timetables, etc., guests are requested to go solely to the Information Office which will inform the Village Management.
